Techstar Molding operators inspect, trim, and package all parts as they come off the machine. In addition to the operator, each shift has a full-time quality control supervisor that monitors and inspects for defects and overall part quality. Harnessing machine time is critical to low cost manufacturing.
We continually refine our process to take advantage of each and every minute of production time to keep costs low and competitive. Each customers needs are different. We are focused on meeting those needs as each customer defines them.
